Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid cohorts. Free courses involve no payment.

Before the cohort starts

If you cancel before the cohort's first live session, you get a full refund.

After the cohort starts

Once the first live session has taken place, fees are not refunded, because your seat and mentor time have been reserved for you. Exceptions are made where the law requires it.

If we cancel

If TheAtoms cancels or postpones a cohort and you do not want to join the new dates, you get a full refund.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was taken but your seat was not confirmed, write to us and the extra amount is refunded in full.

How to ask

Email hello@theatoms.in from the address on your account, with your name, the cohort and your payment reference.

Timelines

Approved refunds are started within 7 working days and are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
